5 Borough Modular is a Ten Year Term Equity Participation Program, organized to provide low income housing, pursuant to the Opportunity Zone Program, for the more than 75,000 Asylum Seekers and 50,000 homeless people in the Five Boroughs of New York City. The program will fabricate 100 Modular 1 and 2 bedroom apartment units. The units will then be assembled at a location in one of the 5 Boroughs in New York City to create a finished 100 unit, modular apartment building. Each unit pre-assembly price is $195,000 ($100,000.00 in cash and a $95,000.00 non-interest note due upon 3rd party sale) and is projected to sell post-assembly for a minimum of $395,000. Those purchasers wishing to hold units for income will have 85% of the monthly rental figures paid by the City of New York, under the FHEPS Program.
